TERM of service

Terms of Service
1.Payment - Full Payment must be made before the project start, or alternatively 50% down payment can be made and the rest will be paid after the Artist is done with the Commissions. The Commissions will not be sent to the purchasers unless they've completed the full payment. The Payment will be made via Paypal in USD currency.

2. Revision - Changes are allowed during the drafting/sketching phase, after the sketch are approved Major changes are no longer allowed.

3. Decline of Offers - The artist has the right to refuse any Commission request without the need to explain the reasons.

4. Artist Cancellation of Commission - The Artist reserve the right stop work on a Commission, or cancel a Commission due to poor communication, rude behaviors, or a breach to these Terms of Service.

5. Commercial - a Commission intended for Commercial use must be discussed before Payment with the Artist.

6. The Artist reserve the full right on the Commissioned Art. The Commissioned Art can be displayed on the Artist's portfolio or social medias, and stream it creation progress.

7. Refunds - Full refunds are allowed before the Artist start on the project or due to Artist Cancellation of Commission. Once the project is started or finished, the Artist fully reserve the rights to refuse any kinds of refunds.

8. Paying the Commission Invoice , it means you Automatically agreed to all Terms of Service listed above.
